Warranty and Servicing

 

Your Bamford B347 watch is covered for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. Copy of the receipt and/or your competed warranty card is required for proof of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.

Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the correct use and care of the watch is not covered in the warranty. During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under the warranty meaning strap and bracelet are not included in the warranty.

External damage to the case or glass resulting from an accident, normal wear, negligence or misuse is not covered by the warranty. Evidence of tampering or attempts to open the watch will void the warranty and loss or theft is not covered by the warranty. Your watch should not be exposed to extremely high or low temperatures and should not be left in direct sunlight for any extended period of time.

Should you require work under this warranty, please contact us in order to identify the work required. Upon receipt each watch will go through a diagnostic produces to determine any manufacturing faults.
