GENERAL

No order is binding on you or Bamford London until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or regulatory authority to be unfair, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered deleted from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions.

The law of England and Wales governs these Terms and Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Whilst we take appropriate steps to protect this site from malicious attacks we cannot warrant that it is entirely free from risk of virus attack.

These Terms and Conditions apply if you are dealing with us as a consumer.

CONTENT AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Information provided for each product or collection of products is accurate at the time of publication. Digitalisation of product photography, any animation and the digital customisation process within the site were specifically designed to give an accurate representation of the finished customised product. However, shades and colours vary across browser and display technologies and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the final product.

ERRORS

Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on our websites is correct at the time of publishing. Whilst we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. We assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. Information about Bamford London Limited Products and services are illustrative only.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to alter or delete material from this site and may, at any time, revise these terms. You are bound by any such revision and we therefore recommend that you visit this page to review the current terms each time you revisit our site.

Bamford London – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bamford London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

1. Your Right to Return

If you purchased your item online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused
Be returned in their original packaging
Include all accessories, tags, manuals and protective materials
Be free from scratches, sizing marks or signs of wear
Include proof of purchase


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Personalised or customised watches or products
Bespoke straps made to customer specification
Customised products are exempt from standard cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods.

We may request photographs or additional information to assist with assessing the issue.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service
Bamford London cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit


6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 working days.

Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded.

Please note:

Express delivery upgrades are non-refundable
Any duties, taxes or import charges paid outside the UK are non-refundable through Bamford London


7. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges subject to product availability. If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees associated with returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
