No order is binding on you or Bamford London until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or regulatory authority to be unfair, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered deleted from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions.

The law of England and Wales governs these Terms and Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Whilst we take appropriate steps to protect this site from malicious attacks we cannot warrant that it is entirely free from risk of virus attack.

These Terms and Conditions apply if you are dealing with us as a consumer.

Information provided for each product or collection of products is accurate at the time of publication. Digitalisation of product photography, any animation and the digital customisation process within the site were specifically designed to give an accurate representation of the finished customised product. However, shades and colours vary across browser and display technologies and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the final product.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS
Refunds are not offered on customised watches, however a Credit note can be given should the envisaged design not meet with expectations.
For stock purchased watches you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and 30 calendar days to return damaged or faulty goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
