The Dial Artist, Chris Alexander, and Bamford London have teamed up to create this unique 100-piece limited edition Bamford Mayfair.
Heavily influenced by Abstract Expressionist Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning and Mark Rothko, Chris translates his artist influences to bring his unique skills and knowledge to the world of horology by creating beautiful unique hand painted watch dials, made in the UK.
Chris brings his childhood passion for Astronomy into his artwork with this new Bamford Mayfair. Each dial is hand painted to resemble the beautiful spectrum of cosmic rainbow colours, not forgetting the classic Bamford Aqua Blue, that fill our night sky and deep space beyond. With no 2 dials alike, each watch is a unique wearable artwork that is truly eye-catching to look at.
Description
The Bamford Mayfair Cosmic Rainbow has all the benefits of the original Bamford Mayfair watch, which is made using the iconic Miyota quartz 2035 movement. These watches are extremely reliable and have the added benefit of being water-resistant to 10ATM. The rotating ceramic bezel is enclosed by a stainless steel core and a military grade titanium coating.
